If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is not part of any Final Sale, Discounted, or Customized order

Products failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and design integrity, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories
  • Gift cards or digital purchases
  • Customized or personalized items (including limited edition prints)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at highmerlifestyle@gmail.com with your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify and approve your request within 2–3 working days.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive pickup details or a shipping label for return (depending on your pin code).
  4. After receiving the item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

After a successful inspection:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We will send the replacement product after the original item is returned and verified.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • In case the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images and your order ID.
  • We will prioritize replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, the return policy applies.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only from orders placed on https://highmer.com.
  • Returns or exchanges through third-party sellers or offline retailers will not be entertained.
  • Highmer reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the returned product does not meet our quality standards.
